“Asgard Partners introduced the opportunity to us in the middle of 2019 and navigated us through a complex negotiation with a majority owner and the management team in the midst of the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was an important first acquisition by the new team at WH Ireland and we were pleased with the advice and support we received from Asgard.”
