• In October 2014, Siddalls France was sold to Blevins Franks
• Siddalls France was formed in 2007 as a French-regulated entity providing independent financial advice to UK clients moving to or living in France
• The business was originally written in an international branch of John Siddall Financial Services established in 1996. Continuing income from that entity was included in the sale
• Both entities had been part of IFG Financial Services, whose main UK elements were sold separately
• IFG Group sold the business in order to concentrate on its core UK businesses of Saunderson House and James Hay Partnership
