• Timothy James & Partners was established in 1995 by Tim Whiting, the principal selling shareholder. It provides financial planning and investment advisory services to private clients, mainly self-employed people working in the creative fields, including media, sports and entertainment
• The firm has won multiple awards and was a Top 100 IFA firm for the last two years with New Model Adviser. It will retain its brand under the Waverton umbrella
• In collaboration with Waverton’s investment professionals, Timothy James & Partners has designed a set of bespoke, risk-aligned investment portfolios for its clients
• Our role included identifying the buyer and advising on the structure and terms of the sale
